This privacy page explains the current public-preview behaviour of HopVia.

When you run a route search, HopVia may store recent search request details so the product can load previous searches and route options.

Shortlisted route information may be stored locally in your browser so it can remain available after refreshing the page.

If you choose to send feedback, the details you provide may be used to improve HopVia route intelligence, user experience and public-preview testing.

Public analytics should not be enabled unless this page is updated to explain what is collected and why.

Do not submit sensitive personal information through route searches or feedback forms.
